Import Duties, Charges and Taxes

All orders placed on Artifact are fully inclusive of duties and taxes for our customers in the USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the European Union—giving you peace of mind with no unexpected fees at delivery.

Artifact covers all import duties, charges, and taxes to ensure a seamless shopping experience. However, if you choose to decline your delivery for any reason, your order will be returned, and a $150 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing costs. Please note, if your order total is less than $150, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Packaging

At Artifact, we try hard to keep our packaging at a minimum to stay as earth friendly as we can, while giving you the luxury of the Artifact experience. 

Your purchase will be wrapped and carefully placed into our signature cardboard gift box and shipped in a waterproof mailing bag or envelope.
