Returns + Exchanges
We at Artifact want you to be happy with your purchase, if for some reason you wish to return an item, returns are available within 14 days of delivery of your order.
Apologies we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item you are welcome to return your order and place a new one.
How to submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
- If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
Please note:
- Sale products are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Products in our Limited Edit Collection are not eligible for return and all sales are final.
- Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns as per wholesale terms & Conditions. (Refer to B2B T&C).
- All returns must complete a Return Request
- Products must be sent back to us within 10 days of returns approval.
- Products must be in new condition, unworn, unused, original packaging intact, tags attached.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- There will be a restocking processing fee of 10% on all returns.
- After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
