Returns + Exchanges
Returns are available within 14 days of delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
There will be a restocking processing fee of 10% on all returns.
If you would like an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Sale products are not eligible for returns.
Please note all products in our Limited Edit Collection are not eligible for return as per details in the product description.

How to Submit a return request
1. Log in to your account:
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions.
Products must be sent back to us within 10 days of returns approval. Products must be in new condition, unworn, unused, original packaging intact, tags attached.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item - Shipping costs are non-refundable.

After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
