Pre Order Terms

Pre-ordering from Artifact entails paying upfront for items not yet in stock. Delivery dates are estimates, subject to change, and delays may occur, for which customers will be informed. Pre-orders cannot be canceled, and purchasing terms from the online shop also apply. Payment plans like Afterpay can be used, with dispatch dates subject to change due to factors like freight and customs delays. Customers will be notified of any delays via email.
