Where do you ship from?
We ship worldwide using tracked couriers from our locations in USA, UK, UAE, Australia, New Zealand.
What is the expected delivery time for my order?
As we dispatch items from our facilities in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia, and New Zealand, your order might be sent from a country other than your location. Please wait up to 4 weeks from the date of your order before reaching out to us if you have not received it yet.
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 working days; please note that online orders will not be processed over weekends or public holidays.
During peak promotional and holiday periods, we kindly ask for your understanding and suggest allowing 3+ business days for your order to be dispatched. Rest assured, your order is our top priority and will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity.
Artifact. bears no responsibility for import duties, charges, or taxes accrued at the recipient's end. Such charges can differ based on each country's customs regulations; please consult your local customs authority before making a purchase. Declining payment for requested fees will lead to the return of your order, and a $150 NZD refund will be subtracted from your order to account for the refusal fee and return shipping cost. Please note that refusing taxes on orders totaling less than $150 NZD will render you ineligible for a refund.
Do you offer returns?
Yes, within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Sale products are not eligible for returns.
